Senior Software Engineer

TheDriveGroup has partnered exclusively with a global data organisation who are looking for their next Senior Backend .NET Engineer to join the team and help build a brand new platform from the ground up.

This is a business that really invests in you as an engineer and as a person. They offer hybrid working and can tailor your hours to fit around personal commitments like school drop offs or pick ups.

This is an exciting role for someone ready to tackle high traffic, performance critical systems and take their backend .NET expertise to the next level. You will get a training allowance, regular one on one mentoring, and the chance to both learn from senior engineers and share your own knowledge. They do not do one size fits all career plans. Instead, they sit down with you regularly, review your goals, and build a growth path that is tailored to you.

The ideal person will be motivated by solving complex technical problems and driven by quality. You will thrive in a high performing environment where the focus is on building reliable, scalable systems that handle large volumes of traffic.

You will be working across backend services that power high traffic systems, using the latest .NET technologies and Azure cloud services.
