From the beginning of your journey as an Artist with us you will Work closely with Art and Design teams to ensure the highest quality graphics defining the look and feel of the menus while paying special attention to the quality of the user experience.
From the beginning of your journey as an Artist with us, you will work closely with the Studio UI/UX Director, as well as the Art and Design teams, to ensure the highest quality graphics that define the look and feel of menus, while paying special attention to delivering an outstanding user experience.
As an assistant UI/UX Lead with us, you will
- Assist the Studio UI/UX Director in maintaining the overall UI/UX vision and ensuring consistency across projects.
- Demonstrate creativity and the ability to adapt to various game styles and graphic styles.
- Maintain the vision of the game while crafting visual and functional systems for UI.
- Work within both creative and technical specifications to produce high-quality game assets.
- Collaborate closely with Art, Design, and other disciplines, proactively solving technical and artistic challenges.
- Apply knowledge of mobile and console constraints, including limited textures, to optimize assets.
- Provide clear documentation to support team workflows and project handovers.
- Exhibit a highly adaptable, collaborative, and user-focused mindset.
- Stay organized, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Attend regular team meetings to report progress, discuss tasks, and align with the Studio UI/UX Director’s guidance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI and UX development, preferably in the video-game industry
- Experience in leading and mentoring
- Good understanding of mainstream programming languages in games development
- Experience with commercial game engines, preferably Unreal Engine
- Proficiency with Adobe products is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with a modern source version-control system (Git, Subversion, or Perforce)
- Effective communication skills with great interpersonal skills
