What You’ll Do

You’ll help shape and deliver Ubank's People Operations (HR) workplan, driving smarter, faster, and more human-centered ways of working that elevate the employee experience. With a focus on operational excellence and risk, you’ll champion improvements across processes, policies, and engagement to empower our Ucrew.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Create great experiences: Make every stage of the employee lifecycle smooth and positive, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Be the go-to guide: Provide timely, accurate support through our shared inbox, Service Desk, and Slack channel.
  • Keep us compliant and resilient: Ensure data accuracy, controls are met, and uplift processes to meet best practice and legislative standards.
  • Drive initiatives: Spot opportunities, collaborate on projects, and help deliver key people activities that keep us moving forward.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience managing end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and HR initiatives
  • Understanding of current legislation and ER processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (bonus points for Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence)
  • Qualifications in HR or aligned studies, such as psychology, law, or business.
