An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a large-scale business systems transformation. This role will coordinate activities, support governance, and ensure effective communication across teams as the organisation transitions from legacy technology to a modern, cloud-based platform.

About the Role

As a key member of the project delivery team, you will assist in planning, coordination, and administration to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope. You'll work closely with business analysts, technical specialists, and stakeholders to support the delivery of digital and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with project plans.

  • Support governance and reporting processes through the preparation of documentation, registers, and meeting materials.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to capture requirements, resolve issues, and track progress.

  • Monitor and coordinate testing activities, including tracking outcomes and defect resolution.

  • Support change management and training initiatives to assist in a smooth transition for end users.

  • Act as a key communication point between stakeholders, ensuring updates, risks, and dependencies are clearly managed.

  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, minutes, action items, and other project administration as required.

About You

You are a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional with a proven ability to coordinate complex projects and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

You'll bring:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a project coordination or similar role.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting technology or business transformation projects.

  • A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with a focus on problem-solving and delivery.

  • Availability to attend the office five days per week initially, with flexibility available later.
