Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting for a talented Junior Java Developer to join Data Platform (InfodataFabric) team in Krakow who is looking to grow technical and software development skills. BBH’s Data platform serves as the foundation for a key set of offerings running on modern and traditional data processing technologies.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of hands-on Java development experience (own projects and git repository are also acceptable)
• Good knowledge of Java
• Experience with Spring Framework
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL
• Good command of English
• Experience in Angular is a plus
• Knowledge of Linux commands and scripting.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks would be an asset

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Include

• Core Java development and Web applications with Spring and Angular
• Participate with requirements analysis
• Work with deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
• Debugging and existing application support
• Working in distributed teams with using Agile Frameworks (Kanban/Scrum)
