We invite an experienced Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions for a leading financial market infrastructure company. In this role, you'll design responsive web applications that bridge traditional finance (TradFi) and blockchain technology. You'll own the full design cycle, from initial concept to developer handoff, creating seamless and engaging experiences for users.

✅ Is that you?

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles
• A strong portfolio of B2B projects, showcasing end-to-end design
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Jira
• Experience designing user flows, information architecture, and applying JTBD frameworks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  
  

Desirable:

• Experience in DeFi, digital identity, or tokenization projects
• Knowledge of WCAG standards and internationalization best practices
• Experience working with large-scale fintech ecosystems
  
  

🧩Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution

In this role, you'll drive the design of web products from concept to delivery, creating seamless experiences for users.

• Design responsive web products, including investment platforms, DeFi apps, and digital identity solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI, and prototypes
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure product consistency
• Maintain organized design documentation in Figma for developers
• Collaborate with a global team in an Agile/Scrum environment
