Business Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As Limak Yatırım Enerji Üretim İşletme Hizmetleri ve İnşaat A.Ş., we are looking for a “Business Analyst” to join our Transformation Office Team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering,
• 5+ years of professional experience,
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English,
• No travel barriers for Domestic and International Projects,
• A team player who excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives,
• Experience within a multinational company or a large-scale organization,
• Proven ability to develop innovative and effective strategies for addressing complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the determination/arrangement of workflows and requirements by examining business development or project requests from the business unit, analyzing and creating the analysis document in response to the emerging/changing business processes and transferring it to the project team,
• Designing the analysis document in which all details such as project sponsor, project owners, project manager, technological solution and supplier are defined,
• Designing business processes, clarify, define and document the project plan, objectives and deliverables,
• Identifying potential risks that may arise in the current setup regarding customer demands and taking necessary measures against them,
• Being part of the POC with the Project Management team,
• Responding quickly to changing needs and optimizing the project process by providing flexibility,
• Definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management and calculating ROI,
• Performing end-user acceptance tests with the relevant business units, supporting the users during the testing process, identifying the missing points in the testing process and coordinating the relevant teams or consultants to correct the errors that arise.
