Responsibilities:

1. Channel Integration

  • Evaluate and integrate PSPs, banks, and local payment schemes (e.g., SEPA, PIX, SPEl, Credit Card Payments). ie.
  • Manage the end-to-end process from API integration to internal workflow design (routing, reconciliation, callbacks/idempotency, error codes, and state machines) with implementation and optimization.
  • Coordinate canary releases, real-money validation, and success rate monitoring to ensure launch quality and stability.

2. Treasury Support

  • Support global treasury operations: acquiring, settlement, hedging, and returns, through process design and productization.

3. Infrastructure Optimization

  • Collaborate to build and optimize core capabilities such as user center and card management, channel routing, refund center, promotion center, and error code management, enhancing platform reusability and scalability.

4. Risk & Compliance Collaboration

  • Work closely with Risk, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure stable operations and adherence to regulatory and reporting requirements.


Requirements:

  1. 3-6 years of product experience in payments, acquiring, cross-border settlement, aggregated payments, or open banking; strong understanding of global payment business priorities as well as local compliance requirements; prior experience in exchange or internet payment integration is preferred.
  2. Deep understanding of Credit Card Payments (authorization, clearing, chargebacks), open banking, and PSP integration processes; capable of standardized API integration design, with meticulous attention to interface interactions, state machines, and error code handling.
  3. Strong collaboration mindset and sense of ownership, able to proactively identify issues, drive execution, and ensure closed-loop reviews.
  4. Fluent English as a working language, capable of handling vendor meetings, technical communications, and documentation writing.
