We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our on-site technical team in Wien. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco networking technologies and proven experience managing large enterprise network environments. This role involves ensuring network reliability, performance, and security through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco network devices.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT operations and project deployments.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with network standards and best practices.
• Support escalation for network incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Core Requirements

• Cisco Professional Certification: CCNP or higher.
• Hands-on experience: Minimum 3 years working with Cisco routing and switching technologies in large enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco Datacenter technologies (e.g., Nexus, ACI).
• Experience with Checkpoint firewalls or similar security technologies.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools and automation solutions
