Project Manager – Data & Analytics

Location: Brussels (hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)

Start Date: January 2026 (could be sooner)

Contract: Until December 2027

About the Role

A leading client of ours is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee data and analytics initiatives across a complex organisation. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, translating business needs into technical delivery, and driving projects from concept to completion.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of data-related projects in collaboration with business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end data and analytics projects.
• Manage project scope, planning, risk, and budget.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare clear progress updates, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in project management within IT or data-driven environments.
• Strong background in data platforms, BI, or analytics delivery.
• Experience managing budgets of €1M or more.
• Familiarity with SAP and Azure projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of project frameworks such as PM², PMBOK, and Agile / SAFe.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch OR French, AND English (spoken & written).
