About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to join our Legal and Compliance team in Tallinn (Estonia).
In these role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the Baltics, providing strategic and practical legal support that helps Omniva grow responsibly and sustainably.
You’ll advise business units on a wide range of topics — from contract negotiations and dispute management to the implementation of new products and business models.
This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity for lawyers who enjoy variety, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in an evolving international organization.
What You’ll Do
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
- Manage and support dispute resolution and legal processes
- Advise business teams on day-to-day legal questions and compliance matters
- Support and implement new business models, products, and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across the Baltics
- Colaborate with external legal counsel
- Law degree and prior experience in a law firm and/or private company
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract law
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles is a plus
- High sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Estonian (both written and spoken)
