As a Frontend Developer on Impact Management Platform you’ll:

• Be a vital part of product development and decision making by working closely with customers to create solutions that matter.

• Build and maintain core features of our React-based front-end to enable intuitive, responsive and delightful user experiences that let organizations to manage their impact with confidence and clarity

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with attention to accessibility and scalability.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and UI/UX improvements.

• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and help strengthen our development practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including product, design, data, AI and backend engineering

• Bring new ideas into our agile, flat-hierarchy product team

You’re a great fit if you

• Have a strong track record as a frontend developer (React required)

• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end practices

• Experience working with REST APIs and handling data-rich interfaces.

• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, or similar).

• Love solving complex problems and take the extra mile to get the solution all the way to production

• A mindset that values security, simplicity, and usability.

• Are proactive and take ownership

• Are a great team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Curiosity and motivation to grow with the team.

• Are passionate about using tech for positive social impact

Bonus points for

• Strong sense of UX, aesthetics and overall feel of a product

• Understanding of human-centered design and accessibility

• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3, Recharts).

• Experience with React Native application in production

• Familiarity with AI-powered applications or recommendation systems.

• Understanding of accessibility best practices.

• Prior experience working on SaaS platforms or with mission-driven organizations.
