Role Description

We're looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer who thrives in the field, implementing real solutions in complex industrial environments. You'll act as a trusted technical expert on client sites across Finland, working with manufacturing plants, energy operators, and critical infrastructure providers to transform their OT security posture from assessment to hardening. You'll also translate technical insights into clear recommendations that directly influence our clients’ cybersecurity strategies.

You’ll join an agile team of experienced OT cybersecurity professionals where your work has an immediate impact. As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities, shape key initiatives and play a defining role in how OT security is delivered across Finnish industry.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in IT/OT cybersecurity and at least 3 years working within OT environments
• Technical skills in network security, segmentation, vulnerability management, and endpoint security
• Solid understanding of key standards: ISA/IEC 62443, NIS2, and ISO/IEC 27001
• Strong consultative and communication skills to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
• Ability to work independently in the field across client sites in Finland
• Fluency in Finnish and English is mandatory for client-facing work
