We are now looking for a Stack Lead – Frontend Developer to drive technical excellence in one of our product squads. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building clean, scalable interfaces and leading engineering initiatives.

Your Mission
As a Stack Lead Frontend Developer, you will:
- Lead the frontend development within a cross-functional squad (PO, Designers, Backend Developers)
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable features using React and TypeScript
- Define and ensure application-wide frontend best practices (performance, testing, accessibility)
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system and component library
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and VP Engineering on roadmap scoping and technical arbitrations
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and perform code reviews
- Collaborate with Product and UX to build intuitive and beautiful user interfaces
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Webpack, Figma, Storybook
- Backend: Node.js (NestJS), PostgreSQL
- CI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Azure, Datadog, Sentry
- Collaboration: Notion, Slack, Jira
✅ Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, including 3+ years with React
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, state management, and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of component-based architectures and scalable design patterns
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library) and CI/CD workflows
- A solid eye for design and attention to UI/UX details
- Ability to lead by example and bring structure to frontend practices
- Fluent French, and excellent English (our product and tech teams are international)
- Experience in SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
- Familiarity with accessibility and internationalization best practices
- Contribution to open-source projects or internal design systems
- Experience in scale-up environments or managing fast-growth product delivery
