We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are seeking an International Manager of BI and Analytics for structuring, optimizing, and leveraging data to enhance decision-making and drive business growth.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

Lead the BI & Analytics strategy to maximize the performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
Develop dynamic reporting and dashboards for the executive committee (sales & marketing)
Build predictive models to anticipate customer behavior, accelerate conversion, and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, and Finance teams to align the BI strategy with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Structure, coordinate, and manage our data flows (Snowflake, MTA, GA, SAP) to ensure fast and efficient decision-making across our international sales sites (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Australia).
Design key performance indicators (KPIs) to track conversion, acquisition, and customer retention.
Contribute to the development of weekly, monthly, and annual marketing and sales budgets and monitor their effectiveness.
Provide weekly recommendations on marketing and sales actions based on data insights in synthetic and powerful presentation

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Can be French but has to be a great English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Graduated in Statistics or Engineer
5+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Strategy, with strong expertise in DTC/e-commerce.
Technical skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), SQL, Python/R, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
Strategic vision: Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Data-driven and analytical mindset: Ability to evangelize and promote BI culture within the organization.
Management experience: Proven ability to lead a team.
Passion for fitness: A strong interest in fitness, wellness, or sports is a plus.
