We are seeking an International Manager of BI and Analytics for structuring, optimizing, and leveraging data to enhance decision-making and drive business growth.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Lead the BI & Analytics strategy to maximize the performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels.
- Develop dynamic reporting and dashboards for the executive committee (sales & marketing)
- Build predictive models to anticipate customer behavior, accelerate conversion, and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, and Finance teams to align the BI strategy with business objectives.
- Structure, coordinate, and manage our data flows (Snowflake, MTA, GA, SAP) to ensure fast and efficient decision-making across our international sales sites (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Australia).
- Design key performance indicators (KPIs) to track conversion, acquisition, and customer retention.
- Contribute to the development of weekly, monthly, and annual marketing and sales budgets and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide weekly recommendations on marketing and sales actions based on data insights in synthetic and powerful presentation
- Can be French but has to be a great English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduated in Statistics or Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Data Strategy, with strong expertise in DTC/e-commerce.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), SQL, Python/R, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
- Strategic vision: Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset: Ability to evangelize and promote BI culture within the organization.
- Management experience: Proven ability to lead a team.
- Passion for fitness: A strong interest in fitness, wellness, or sports is a plus.
