This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer located in Berlin, Germany, with some work from home acceptable. The Chief Technology Officer will oversee the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions, manage the technology teams, and align the company's technology strategy with its business goals. The CTO will also be responsible for evaluating new technologies, ensuring the security and compliance of technology systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and IT strategy.
- Experience in Software Development and Architecture
- Strong Project Management and IT Strategy skills
- Proven ability in Product Development
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work
- Experience in healthcare or digital health technology is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
