Our client is seeking a Vice President of Software Development to lead multiple engineering teams and drive innovation in a large-scale SaaS environment. This strategic role shapes development practices, advances cloud architectures, and ensures excellence in delivery, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop multiple software teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute software strategies using modern SaaS and cloud architectures for scalability and agility.
• Set and track KPIs to ensure quality, security, and process standards.
• Align engineering and product goals with business objectives.
• Mentor senior engineers and managers, promote best practices, and report progress to executive leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in software development within SaaS or cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and automation.
• Strong experience applying Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
