Was Sie erwartet:
- coach and support Business Product Owners on best practices for user story writing, acceptance criteria definition and backlog prioritization
- act as a delegate for Product Managers to ensure Product Owners understand and execute on the product vision
- drive backlog quality across the ART (Agile Release Train)
- ensure the program and team backlogs are consistently aligned with the objectives of the Business Owners
- work with POs and Scrum Masters to set up, maintain, and report on a work breakdown structure
- develop and execute the stakeholder engagement and communication plan
- drive the preparation for the Advisory Board to clearly communicate the ART's progress, issues, risks, and next steps
- oversee value-delivery reporting by tracking and communicating progress against PI Objectives and the strategic roadmap to all stakeholders
- completed technical college or university degree and initial professional experience in project management and/or completed vocational training and years of experience as a PMO or in the project environment
- experience in project management and in an agile role
- proven experience supporting or coaching Product Owners and Product Managers
- strong understanding of the SAFe framework and its core principles
- fluency in spoken and written English
- basic German speaking
