As a HR Partner, you will make an impact by providing proactive human resource support to team of employees in line with the HR strategy and business objectives.
You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with the HR Lead for the region.
In This Role, You Will
Support the UK & Ireland HR Leader at both an operational and strategic level in a fast-moving dynamic environment
Act as lead HR support to client groups of technology and business process professionals based in Ireland and the UK
Support employee life cycle events for employees, including on-boarding, development, promotion, bonus and merit increases and others as necessary.
Build effective relationships within the business, providing managers and associates with professional and proactive support through engagement activities
Advise managers and leaders on statutory compliance and HR best practice e.g. disciplinary, grievance, maternity etc.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in client offices across Dublin. What you need to have to be considered
Demonstrable experience of HR business partnering within a matrix organisation on wide range of HR topics, providing expert advice to managers and employees preferably in a business process consultancy environment
In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law, UK employment law knowledge desirable
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Relevant Work Experience Essential
Degree in HR or related discipline preferable
