Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and operations.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role or related position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
