Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and operations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR programs, policies, and benefits.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and employee feedback sessions.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in compliance with regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role or related position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
