We employ over 170 people in Dublin within our Worldwide Logistic and Supply Chain Centre, we are looking for a : Supply Chain Business Analyst.

Job responsibilities

What can you expect from your role?

The main activity of this department is to have a strategic and analytical view of the World Wide Supply chain of Bulgari.

• Contribute to innovate and continuously improve Supply Chain Planning working closely with all the various planning departments (e.g., Demand, Inventory, Supply, Distribution) to understand their needs and challenges
• Proactively act as pivot with other Departments to collect all the information needed within the Supply Chain team
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Translate data insights into clear and concise presentations and recommendations.
• Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.
• Identify and document business requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes and efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams.
• Proactively identify and help to resolve data quality issues.

Profile

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Very good understanding of supply chain principles and processes.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst and Project Management would be desirable, preferably within a supply chain environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Some Experience on data analysis tool is welcomed (R, Python (Pandas/SciPy/NumPy/..), Matlab
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Passion for the luxury market is a plus.
