Finance Business Project Manager – Medical Device Manufacturing
📍 Athenry, Ireland | 🕒 12-Month Contract |
We’re seeking a highly experienced Finance Business Project Manager to lead a major ERP transformation within a dynamic factory/manufacturing environment. This is a senior-level role requiring deep financial expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record in medical device operations.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the business side of a large-scale ERP transformation project, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, testing, and post-release activities across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and regulatory functions
- Develop integrated roadmaps, training plans, and communication strategies to ensure smooth project delivery
- Facilitate workshops, manage risks, and resolve cross-functional issues with diplomacy and precision
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory standards, and quality management systems
- Deliver project milestones on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder engagement
✅ What You Bring:
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in manufacturing finance and ERP systems
- Proven success managing complex transformation projects in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion, Siemens, Jamstar, SharePoint, and ERP modules related to materials and supply chain
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across departments including Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and IT
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management are highly desirable
- Full-time availability and ability to work fully onsite in Athenry – no part-time or multi-client arrangements accepted
