Cathedral DHO is pioneering the future of customer engagement in Europe by bridging the gap between Web2 commerce and Web3 governance. We enable Sports, Fashion, and Luxury brands to transform customers from passive buyers into active stakeholders. Our proprietary Decentralized Hybrid Organization (DHO) framework integrates Web3 governance into brand ecosystems without the need for customers to understand blockchain technology. Based in Milan, Italy, we're a seed-stage startup targeting Sports, Fashion, and Luxury brands across Europe, with pilot partnerships and a current raise in progress.

Role Description

We’re seeking a Business Development Partner who already operates or has strong relationships in the sports ecosystem federations, clubs, agencies, or innovation hubs and can open strategic partnerships where Cathedral can embed its governance bridge.

You will:

• Connect us with leading sports organizations and agencies across Italy.
• Introduce Cathedral as a governance middleware for sponsorship management, fan engagement, and digital membership programs.
• Shape our go-to-market roadmap together with the founder.
• Represent Cathedral in conversations that define the future of digital sports governance.

Qualifications

• Leadership Development and Training skills
• Project Management expertise
• Experience in Consulting and Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Understanding of Web3 and blockchain technology (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
