As a Reporting AI-Enhanced Insights Analyst, youll be part of our ISO Headquarters Go-to-Market Operations Team. This hybrid role blends classic reporting and performance consolidation with next-generation AI applicationshelping to reshape the way we make decisions, optimize operations, and deliver smarter insights across the company.

Youll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative space where experimentation, agility, and execution are key.

What Youll Do

• Prepare and consolidate data-rich reports to support our Business Management System (BMS)
• Design compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate insights and performance outcomes
• Apply generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to automate and enhance reporting workflows
• Explore innovative AI technologies to surface intuitive, data-driven insights
• Collaborate across functions to collect the right data and inform smarter decisions
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities for greater operational efficiency
• Document best practices and promote scalable, repeatable solutions
  
  

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, or a related field
• Proven proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT in enterprise settings
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  
  

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior experience in reporting, financial analysis, or data consolidation
• Familiarity with AI in business use cases
• Skills in Python, scripting, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI)
