Skills and competencies that will be useful to you:

• Higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects for external clients, preferably in SaaS, OTT, or environments with intense integrations.
• Strong technical understanding of software infrastructure, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across both business and technical domains.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office suite).
• Strong ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.

You will be able to:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client projects and delivery of changes, ensuring clear accountability and professional communication.
• Have experience managing client requirements, align expectations, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate all implementation-related matters: environment setup, integrations, data migration, app delivery, and deployment.
• Prepare and maintain an integrated project schedule in collaboration with the PMO lead, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Lead status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
• Work closely with the product development project manager, product owner, and development teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Oversee the implementation process, verifying technical readiness and appropriate configuration.
• Ensure full and accurate project documentation, including the project charter, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Regularly report project progress, risks, recommendations, and improvements to management.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve delivery quality.
