Exedra Corporate Finance is an independent investment banking boutique advising private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity financing in the Baltic States and CEE. Currently, our firm is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in Vilnius office.
WHAT WE OFFER
The Analyst in our Investment Banking team will go through on-the-job training by working closely with highly accomplished partners and develop a valuable skill set that will put him/her on a fast-track career path in corporate finance.
Through active participation in various stages of investment banking transactions, the Analyst will acquire relevant technical skills, broaden understanding of corporate finance as well as hone professional and communication skills.
AS THE INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST, YOU WILL:
- Conduct market, industry and company-specific research
- Analyze companies’ financial statements
- Build and maintain valuation models
- Prepare marketing and client presentations
- Assist in other tasks during the transaction process
WHAT YOU WILL GET:
- Monthly gross salary of EUR 2 000-3 500 depending on your qualifications

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Educational background in economics, finance, accounting, or exact sciences is preferred
- Willingness and capacity to learn quickly and execute accurately
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Problem-solving skills
- An ability to communicate precisely
- English and Lithuanian languages are a must (Polish is an advantage)
- Experience in Big 4 is considered as an advantage
