We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Public Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and managing press releases, initiating media interactions, and overseeing all PR-related activities. You will play a key role in promoting the company’s image, handling crisis communication, and managing the company's reputation on external platforms. The role also includes collaborating with partners on PR-related matters and coordinating internal communications.

Your key responsibilities:

• Build and drive an integrated external-communications strategy;
• Plan and execute PR campaigns;
• Build and maintain relationships with media globally;
• Strategize, plan and execute thought leadership campaigns;
• Monitor media coverage, identify emerging trends, and leverage cutting-edge tools to uncover high-impact PR moments;
• Develop and provide detailed commentary for social media on complex issues to maintain the company’s online presence and reputation;
• Manage crisis communications, providing timely and effective messaging to minimize negative impacts on the company’s reputation;
• Own corporate and product presentations to ensure they accurately reflect the latest developments and key messaging;
• Oversee and manage the company's reputation on external platforms, ensuring consistent, positive brand presence and addressing any concerns or issues raised on review sites, social media platforms, and other public-facing channels;
• Collaborate with HR on employer-brand and image projects, promoting Paysera’s values and culture internally and externally;
• Coordinate and facilitate company-wide internal quarterly meetings to ensure consistent internal communication and alignment across the organization;
• Act as a PR consultant for Partners across the Paysera Group and C-level management, offering guidance and support on PR-related inquiries to ensure alignment with company messaging.
• Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or journalism (agency or in-house);
• Proven track record of delivering impactful PR campaigns;
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian;
• Proficient written and spoken English;
• Strong communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills;
• Experience with media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management;
• Ability to set priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the tech or finance industry (or relevant sectors);
• Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).

For candidates:

In compliance with the legislation, we would like to indicate that for the present position we are willing to offer a monthly salary from 2800 to 3900 EUR gross.
