Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to accelerate solution adoption and meet or exceed business targets
- Drive business development by prospecting, building a robust sales pipeline, and leading customers through the entire sales cycle
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business needs and technical challenges, working to remove blockers and ensure their success on the platform
- Build and nurture executive relationships, negotiating business cycles and presenting to C-level leaders
- Partner closely with various internal teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
- Manage and deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date account information in our CRM
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads and strengthen customer relationships, with travel required as needed
