Information Technology Risk Manager

A leading investment manager is seeking an experienced Technology Risk Analyst to join their office in Luxembourg. Reporting to the Head of Technology Risk, this role provides excellent exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape technology risk practices across core business areas.

In this role, you will:

• Implement and maintain the Technology Risk Management Framework to ensure operational resilience.
• Prepare risk reporting and deliver insights to senior leadership, governance committees, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT, business, and third-party teams to oversee incident and problem management, change and asset management, and compliance with evolving EU regulatory requirements, including DORA.

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Have strong experience in technology risk management, including areas such as operational resilience and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrate practical knowledge of EU regulatory requirements and the ability to apply them across complex operational environments.
• Possess strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing multiple projects across global teams.
