Your next challenges
- Participate in process reengineering, operational reviews and restructuring.
- Analyse financial and operational key figures to assess current performance and understand client’s organisation.
- Translate organisational and operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements and perform gap analyses based on the requirements to define "To Be" organisation and processes/solutions.
- Create and implement dashboards and KPIs to measure improvements and ensure payback to our clients.
- Manage and/or support implementation projects by identifying, designing and implementing creative business solutions, developing cohesive conclusions and participating in the status report writing and presentation.
Qualifications
- Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Have up to 1 year of experience in business process management: strategy projects, re-organisation projects, efficiency improvement projects, ideally in the banking sector or more broadly, in the financial industry.
- Show excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic/hands-on mind-set.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
- Have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
- Be a self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise.
- Fluency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking) is mandatory (German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset).
