About the role

As Team Lead and Senior Network Engineer, you will guide and coach a team of 7 engineers and work on complex datacenter and network projects. You will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our compute and data services, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

What you will do

• Lead a team of datacenter and network engineers

• Design and manage datacenter and network architecture

• Plan hardware lifecycle and upgrades

• Strengthen security and manage change processes

• Advise on new technologies and strategy

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• 5+ years engineering experience, and 3+ years leadership experience

• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, MLAG

• Experience with Linux, Bash, Python, Ansible, Git

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
