Program Manager

Location: Remote (ability to work in US Eastern time zone for at least 4 hours during the work week)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program/Project Manager to oversee and monitor JSS’ strategic initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of various cross-functional projects across finance, marketing, service delivery, logistics, HR, sales, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and help implement Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Document initiatives, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), tasks, and activities led by various leaders.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure progress.
• Establish project milestones and drive the identification and delivery of key deliverables.
• Govern execution by monitoring the progress of multiple cross-functional initiatives and documenting progress in approved tools.
• Establish and monitor cross-functional dependencies and interdependencies.
• Maintain daily communication with various stakeholders as needed.
• Establish and drive regular reviews, both one-on-one and organizationally.
• Track and manage risks and issues, escalating them
• Create various reports as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
• MBA preferred.
