About the role:
As our Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and enhancement of the Touch Media Center (TMC) within Touch. You’ll be responsible for setting the product roadmap and ensuring its continuous evolution to meet the needs of Touch's customers, team, vendors, and partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and bring a hands-on approach to product management.
About the responsibilities:
- Define and implement a clear product vision for our digital products;
- Manage the product backlog and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs;
- Prioritize and manage product requirements, balancing competing priorities and resources effectively;
- Oversee all stages of product development, including working with vendors and internal teams;
- Anticipate customer needs and translate them into actionable stories for new or updated features;
- Collaborate across departments to capture end-users' needs and integrate them into the product roadmap;
- Provide regular updates to upper management on the progress of the product roadmap execution;
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation to support development and operations.
- Fluency in English;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading product development projects under the Agile methodology;
- University degree in IT-related area, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Marketing;
- Proven track record of successfully managing product backlogs and delivering high-quality products on schedule;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors in a dynamic environment;
- Experience with product lifecycle management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization;
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward;
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering value to customers;
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment;
- Expertise in Agile methodology and Scrum framework;
- High proficiency in IT systems and tools relevant to product management.
