About the Role
Inserted in the HR department, this professional will be responsible for supporting and developing people initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and professional growth across the organization.
You will act as a trusted HR partner, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor in all matters of employee relations, engagement, and well-being
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and career development plans
- Coordinate training and development initiatives in alignment with company goals
- Promote employee engagement through internal communication, events, and surveys
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic HR projects (e.g., retention, succession planning, internal mobility)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Support HR analytics and reporting to guide data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR roles (generalist, business partner, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Portuguese labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Portuguese required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
