This part-time contract role (minimum 15 hours per week) requires a detail-oriented professional who can deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent materials for both print and digital distribution. You will collaborate closely with investment banking, marketing, and business development teams to ensure all deliverables meet strict branding and communication standards. The ideal candidate is adept at managing multiple projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a strong understanding of both design and financial industry requirements.

Deliverables

  • Design and format documents, reports, and presentations using branded templates
  • Produce marketing materials and client-facing collateral for print and digital use
  • Edit and enhance graphics and images to ensure visual consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver on time
  • Maintain and update branded templates as needed
  • Ensure all materials adhere to established branding and communication guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in desktop publishing or graphic design, preferably within the financial sector
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong layout, typography, and image editing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of print and digital production standards
  • Relevant degree or diploma in graphic design or related field (or in final year of study)
