Senior Graphic Designer | Art Director | the script agency | Bucharest

We're a boutique creative & communications agency obsessed with doing great work for our clients. We are looking for a skilled graphic designer with strong creative & analytical skills.

You understand that good design isn't just about making things look pretty - it's about solving problems, communicating clearly, and making smart visual decisions based on what actually works for the brand and audience (and sometimes making them pretty too, while considering all of the above :)).

The role:

• Design campaigns and visuals across touchpoints (digital mainly, print, events) for B2B and B2C clients in industries like energy, finance, e-commerce, FMCG, business services, etc.;
• Art direct projects that need the big-picture creative thinking;
• Collaborate with copywriters and account teams to deliver great and impactful work for our clients.

You should have:

• 6+ years of experience (agency preferred);
• Expert mastery of PS, AI, ID, AE;
• Creative thinking & analytical mindset;
• Direct communication style (team players preferred).
