• Lead the design development and deployment of scalable applications using Java and Appian platforms Utilize MySQL for database design optimization and management to support application requirements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Drive innovation and best practices within the Appian skill cluster family to enhance project delivery
• Mentor and guide junior team members in technical and process aspects to improve overall team performance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end to end project delivery for Appian based solutions ensuring timely and quality outcomes
• Act as a key technical advisor for Java and Appian technologies providing expertise and troubleshooting support
• Oversee database schema design and query optimization using MySQL to enhance application performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption
• Manage risk and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops to upskill the team
