The role

We are looking for Insight Consultants to strengthen our Managed Services team at Cambri, based in either Helsinki or Stockholm. 

In this role, you’ll contribute to delivering high-quality insights that help some of the world’s largest FMCG companies improve their product innovation outcomes. You’ll work closely with data, technology, and people - combining analysis, collaboration, and project management to make a real impact. 

What You’ll Do

As an Insight Consultant, you will play a key role in helping global FMCG companies improve their innovation outcomes by turning data into meaningful business decisions. Drawing on your experience in insights, analytics, and project management, you’ll deliver measurable impact to leading brands. 

  • Use your analytical and communication skills to lead projects that influence the product strategies of global FMCG leaders. 
  • Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive successful innovation and product development. 
  • Apply AI-powered tools to help clients increase their innovation success rate and reduce time to market. 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered efficiently on time, and to a high standard—enhancing client satisfaction and retention. 
  • Contribute to scaling a modern consultancy model within a fast-growing SaaS company by improving how we deliver value at scale. 
  • Report to the Head of Managed Services and actively shape Cambri’s approach to insight delivery and client success. 

What's Important In This Role

  • 4–9 years’ experience in market research, management consulting, or FMCG insights.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with R, Python, or SPSS, and/or experience with choice-based methodologies such as choice-based conjoint and MaxDiff is an advantage.
