Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Scrum Master with strong Cybersecurity domain expertise to manage and deliver strategic cybersecurity programs and projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in project management, governance, and stakeholder management within cybersecurity or information security programs, ensuring seamless delivery, compliance, and security alignment across all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery (Cybersecurity Focus): Plan, execute, and deliver multiple cybersecurity projects ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Cybersecurity, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align security priorities, remove blockers, and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Program Governance: Provide senior management with a programme-level cybersecurity overview, highlighting dependencies, threats, and progress.
• Reporting & Governance: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability across cybersecurity programs.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, manage escalations, and ensure secure delivery across projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement project management best practices and security governance frameworks for improved delivery efficiency.
• Tooling & Process Management: Manage and optimize Jira, Monday.com, Clarity, and other project management tools to support cybersecurity initiatives.
• Financial & Procurement Oversight: Track project budgets, forecast spend, and manage procurement processes to ensure cost control and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience managing cybersecurity projects and programs in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities across security, technical, and business teams.
• Expertise in project governance, delivery management, and program-level reporting.
• Proficiency in Jira, Monday.com, Clarity, and MS Project tools.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile Scrum Master preferred.
• Experience in cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) is an added advantage.
