Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat and email channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Crypto or credit card services and the broader financial market landscape.
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and relay valuable feedback to management.
- Actively identify and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and service quality.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any field.
- Relevant customer service experience (preferably in live chat).
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Professional in oral and written communication in English
- Strong inclination towards the technology sector with a focus on personal and career development.
- Team player who is committed, self-driven, and responsive to client requests.
- Willingness to perform 5day shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
- Immediately available is preferred.
