Job Description

This is a remote role.


We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the planning and execution of a new SaaS product launch. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product and Engineering—to deliver a successful, on-time, and high-impact launch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing complex projects that bring together people, process, and technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and drive the project plan: develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment: facilitate communication between product delivery, sales, marketing, central services and operations to keep work on track, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Manage project execution: use Monday.com to track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to maintain launch momentum.
  • Status reporting: deliver regular status updates to different stakeholder teams including executives, senior leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Support go-to-market readiness: ensure all teams are aligned on messaging, enablement materials, pricing, and customer communication plans.
  • Executive-level reporting: Provide clear, concise updates to the steering committee, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders through regular status reporting and executive briefings.
  • Identify risks and remove roadblocks: proactively surface and address cross-functional blockers, facilitate resolution with the project tea, and escalate critical concerns to the steering committee.
  • Scale launch processes: build repeatable frameworks, templates, and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of future customer and partner onboarding
  • Track success metrics: define launch KPIs (e.g., adoption, activation, sales enablement readiness) and measure post-launch impact to inform future planning.
  • Delivery support: produce deliverables for launch readiness that may include user acceptance testing, produces documentation, training material, support guides, etc.
  • Communication: Develop and manage the communication plan with stakeholder teams and executive leadership.

  • Ability to act as a coordinator between multiple workstreams
  • Ability to meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status.
  • Experience documenting and managing risks and issues in a structure framework.
  • Experience developing and managing project communications and communications plans.
  • Contributes and works well with cross-functional teams.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
  • 3+years proven experience in program and/or project management.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using project management software (preferably Monday.com).
  • Industry experience (Payroll, Accounting, Entity Management, HR Admin) and technical understanding related to the international expansion industry.
  • Experience and desire to work cross-functionally with experts from Sales, Marketing, Technology and Operations.
  • Problem solver.
