About the Role: 

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that reflect our brand identity and effectively communicate our company’s services. You will collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and management to bring design concepts to life that enhance user experience and drive business growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop engaging website layouts, landing pages, and UI/UX elements consistent with brand guidelines. 
• Create mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and website flow. 
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of web designs. 
• Optimize website design for mobile and desktop devices to ensure responsiveness. 
• Work closely with SEO and content teams to integrate user experience with SEO best practices. 
• Maintain and update existing websites to improve functionality, aesthetics, and performance. 
• Stay updated on design trends, web technologies, and usability standards to continually improve design quality. 
• Ensure all website designs are optimized for fast loading, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. 
• Manage and organize visual assets, typography, and colour schemes for digital consistency across all platforms. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. 
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer. 
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (or similar CMS). 
• Strong understanding of responsive design, colour theory, and typography. 
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. 
• Excellent communication and time management skills. 
• Familiarity with UX principles and usability best practices.
