Your Role:
As a General Partnership Consultant at BAC, you'll assume a pivotal and multifaceted role. This encompasses both the hands-on delivery of high-impact client work and direct contributions to our enterprise's strategic evolution. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising our distinguished clientele on complex challenges while simultaneously playing an integral part in the inception, growth, and market launch of our burgeoning portfolio of internal ventures. This is a role for a proven leader who thrives on intellectual rigor, direct impact, and the challenge of shaping industry futures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Hands-On Client Engagement & Project Leadership: Lead client projects, applying specialized expertise to diagnose complex business challenges, formulate actionable strategies, and oversee seamless implementation. Your active participation is about leading execution.
- Strategic Advisory & Solution Architecture: Work intimately with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams to formulate and execute bespoke strategies across investment banking and business strategy domains, including corporate finance, market entry, and digital transformation.
- Advanced Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct rigorous, in-depth market research and competitive intelligence to identify strategic opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and inform robust, data-driven client recommendations.
- Elite Network Cultivation & Business Development: Proactively leverage and expand your professional network to identify high-value clients, cultivate strategic alliances, and uncover new opportunities aligned with BAC's growth objectives.
- Internal Venture Incubation & Contribution: Directly contribute expertise to the end-to-end development, refinement, and successful market launch of BAC's proprietary business models.
- Thought Leadership & Knowledge Creation: Actively engage in generating thought leadership content, including white papers and industry reports. Represent BAC at prestigious conferences, solidifying our reputation.

Your hands-on contributions, given BAC's focus on sophisticated IB & advanced Business Strategy services, could include:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory: Orchestrating complex M&A transactions from target identification to post-merger integration.
- Capital Raising & Financing Strategies: Structuring and executing private placements, venture capital funding, growth equity raises, and advising on IPOs.
- Strategic Business Transformation: Designing and implementing large-scale organizational transformations, including operational re-engineering.
- Corporate Valuation & Financial Modeling: Developing sophisticated valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis).
- Due Diligence Leadership: Leading comprehensive commercial, financial, and operational due diligence for private equity firms or strategic acquirers.
- Market Feasibility & Growth Strategy Development: Conducting rigorous analysis to inform market entry and growth initiatives.
- Restructuring & Turnaround Advisory: Providing strategic and financial advice to distressed companies, including debt restructuring.
- Intellectual Property Strategy & Monetization: Developing strategies for IP valuation, licensing, and commercialization.
- Government & Public Sector Consulting: Advising governmental entities on infrastructure projects and economic development.
- Startup & High-Growth Advisory: Providing holistic strategic and financial guidance to early-stage companies.

Compensation Structure & Partnership Contribution:
BAC's compensation model is meticulously designed to attract, retain, and profoundly reward top-tier talent, reflecting significant, measurable contributions to client success and internal venture growth. Professionals are compensated through a sophisticated, multifaceted structure:
- Retainer Client Payments: For direct project leadership, professionals autonomously determine retainer amounts for each client project.
- Commissions on Firm Earnings: Individuals contributing to successful transactions (advisory or internal venture commercialization) receive a pre-negotiated percentage of the firm's net earnings

Comprehensive Equity Participation: This includes two distinct forms:
- Client Equity (Strategic Opportunities): By mutual agreement, professionals may elect to receive an equity percentage directly from client entities.
- Internal Project Equity (Venture Creation): Professionals making substantive contributions to in-house business models are granted a meaningful equity percentage from these internal ventures.
Please note: As a General Partnership, all General Partnership Consultants will be required to contribute General Partnership Dues. These dues serve a vital purpose, granting the consultant an equity share in the General Partnership itself, thereby fulfilling the "1% rule" (or similar relevant threshold for substantial economic interest) commonly recognized in the U.S. for General Partners to hold an equity interest in the partnership. This ensures full partner status for tax and legal purposes and fosters a direct, vested interest in the collective success and long-term value creation of BAC. Specific details regarding the dues structure and associated equity allocation will be transparently discussed during the interview process.
