About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who blends creativity, strategy, and empathy for educators. You will drive the development of innovative products and learning solutions for teachers, from concept to scale. The ideal candidate understands both the technical side of product development and the human side of education, someone who can translate real classroom challenges into elegant, scalable digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from user research to launch and iteration
• Work closely with teachers, designers, and developers to identify needs and co-create meaningful solutions.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and ensure that every release adds real value for educators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external education experts.
• Stay ahead of trends in EdTech, teacher training, and creative learning methodologies.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within EdTech, teacher enablement, or learning design.
• Strong empathy for educators and deep curiosity about how people learn.
• Creative problem solver with a user-centered design mindset.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and agile workflows.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to connect data, insight, and inspiration.
• Passionate about making knowledge accessible and supporting teachers worldwide.
