AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop and operationalize AI systems that power our enterprise solutions and AI ventures.

You will play a key role in bridging research and deployment — ensuring that models are robust, efficient, and scalable in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise applications.
• Translate prototypes into scalable, production-grade systems.
• Develop APIs, pipelines, and automation for model serving and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model performance and reliability.
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring.
• Research and integrate emerging AI technologies, including LLMs and multimodal systems.
• Maintain a focus on quality, performance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer in applied AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, etc.).
• Understanding of LLM pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Exposure to recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI research.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
