Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and analytical individuals with a strong foundation in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields to join our trading team as Junior Crypto Traders.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to start their career in the exciting world of crypto trading and financial markets.

You will support senior traders in monitoring market movements, executing trades, managing risk, and optimizing trading strategies across crypto spot and derivatives markets. The position offers hands-on exposure to institutional trading environments, market analysis, and advanced trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and monitoring crypto spot and derivatives trades under the guidance of senior traders.
• Support risk management activities by tracking market movements, volatility, and liquidity conditions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and improve strategy performance.
• Help prepare daily reports on trading performance, market trends, and key updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams including compliance, operations, and product development to ensure smooth trade execution.
• Learn and apply execution tools, order management systems, and trading platforms used in crypto and traditional markets.
• Stay up-to-date with global crypto trends, news, and regulatory developments impacting the trading landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in trading, finance, data analysis, or crypto preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, or blockchain/crypto assets.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a career in crypto and financial markets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts depending on global market activity.
