Optimize Wealth Management is a premier portfolio management firm that uses proprietary technology to make wealth management more transparent, efficient, and cost-effective. We are seeking a Product Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of our wealth management platform and related financial service products.
The Opportunity:
Join our Toronto-based team as a Product Manager to help execute the product roadmap and enhance technology solutions that improve the user experience for clients and advisors. This full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) will focus on driving product initiatives across financial planning, estate planning, tax, insurance, mortgage, and investment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in delivering product features and enhancements.
- Support the gathering, documentation, and refinement of product requirements based on user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers and developers during design, testing, and implementation phases to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor key product performance metrics and user satisfaction data; assist in preparing reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing competitive research and help identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or related roles, ideally in financial services or fintech.
- Solid understanding of wealth management, estate planning, tax, insurance, mortgage, and investment products.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear product requirements and user experiences.
- Experience with competitive research and product lifecycle support.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or HubSpot Dashboards.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
