We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend new prospects and existing clients Virgo Group’s service offerings such as Cryptocurrency OTC, Foreign Exchange etc.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients
- Represent VirgoCX at different cryptocurrency-related events across Canada
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Working with the sales team when closing the sale
- Other tasks and projects indicated by the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2+ years of client development experience at a financial institution
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people frequently
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrate knowledge and passion in cryptocurrency and blockchain
- Attention to detail
