Job Summary:The Project Manager will join the HR Learning & Development team to lead transformational projects for the retail business. This position requires extensive experience in project management within the financial or insurance industry, with a strong focus on learning and development programs.You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-complexity projects that support enterprise L&D initiatives. This includes ensuring that project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with business priorities and transformation goals. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, diverse learning modalities, and the opportunity to drive measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion for medium-to-high complexity projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with HR Learning & Development goals.
  • Lead vendor management activities, including engagement, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Implement governance frameworks, risk assessments, and issue escalation processes.
  • Conduct status meetings and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation and reporting are consistent, clear, and compliant with internal standards.
  • Partner with L&D Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and business leaders to design delivery strategies, communication plans, and measurement frameworks.
  • Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with evolving project management methodologies including Agile, hybrid, and PMO practices.
Required Experience:
  • 8-10 years of project management experience within financial services or insurance.
  • Proven background in learning and development project delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience managing medium-to-high complexity projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
  • Prior work in adult learning, performance consulting, or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with LMS, LXP, or eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Storyline, HTML5).
  • Understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Webex).
  • Prior exposure to HR transformation initiatives.

  • No overtime or rotational schedule required
