Contract Details:
- Position Type: Contract

- Pay Rate: $60-$70/hr (based on experience)
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion for medium-to-high complexity projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with HR Learning & Development goals.
- Lead vendor management activities, including engagement, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Implement governance frameworks, risk assessments, and issue escalation processes.
- Conduct status meetings and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation and reporting are consistent, clear, and compliant with internal standards.
- Partner with L&D Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and business leaders to design delivery strategies, communication plans, and measurement frameworks.
- Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with evolving project management methodologies including Agile, hybrid, and PMO practices.
- 8-10 years of project management experience within financial services or insurance.
- Proven background in learning and development project delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing medium-to-high complexity projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Prior work in adult learning, performance consulting, or instructional design.
- Familiarity with LMS, LXP, or eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Storyline, HTML5).
- Understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Webex).
- Prior exposure to HR transformation initiatives.
