Senior/Principal Manager (AI)

We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled AI Consultant to join NTUC’s Transformation Office. As an AI thought leader, you will be responsible for shaping AI strategies, leading AI engagements, and delivering high-impact AI projects from concept to execution. You will bring deep knowledge in generative and agentic AI, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and AWS Q.

Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership

• Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on the evolving AI landscape, especially in generative and agentic AI.
• Produce whitepapers, POVs, and internal briefings on emerging AI trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Help develop and evangelize the organisation’s AI vision and innovation roadmap.

Project Consulting & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycle: from ideation and scoping to delivery, testing, and optimization.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases and solutions.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Apply Agile and modern project management practices to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ability to develop AI prototypes and coding experience is an advantage.

Technical Expertise & Tool Implementation

• Prototype solutions using generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude).
• Design and deploy intelligent agent workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and AWS Q.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, LLMs, and open-source frameworks where applicable.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.

Requirements

Experience

• 3-5 years in AI/ML consulting, product development, or innovation roles, with experience in at least one major AI platform.
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Experience working with at least one or more enterprise AI platforms, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Vertex AI Agent Builder, AWS Q and Bedrock.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, multi-agent systems, knowledge graphs, and LLM fine-tuning.

Skills

• Strong grasp of LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration tools.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are advantageous.

Education

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience
